Mission Trip Returns - Saturday, June 9th

Here are a few photos of the bus as it returned to the church parking lot, except it was NOT the same bus they departed in.  That bus broke down near the New Smyrna exit of I-4, so close and yet so far from home. 

The group was supposed to be back by 8 AM but due to the breakdown, they did not return until after a new driver and new bus were dispatched and then all of the luggage was transferred from the first bus to the second, in the rain.  (Naturally, the weather cleared up after that was done). 

We are glad they are all back home again safe and sound with many stories to tell of their adventures.  You can see and hear about it all at the August Fellowship Dinner, on Sunday August 12th.
